Step 2 of 6 — Steaks

Do you prefer your steaks bone-in or boneless?

This applies to cuts like ribeyes and T-bones where the bone can be left in or removed.

Step 3 of 6 — Steak Thickness

What is your preferred steak thickness?

Thicker steaks are easier to cook to the right internal temperature without overcooking.

Step 4 of 6 — Roasts & Ground

Do you want any roasts turned into chipped beef or additional ground?

Some cuts can be repurposed — chipped beef is great for sandwiches and dips, or we can add more to your ground beef supply.

Step 5 of 6 — Ground Beef

Do you want preformed burger patties?

We can form some or all of your ground beef into ready-to-grill patties. The rest comes in 1 lb. packs.
